About Me

As you have already read, I am a 30 year old stay-at-home mom of 2. Prior to kids you would've found me working in the ICU/ER at an incredible Veterinary Emergency Hospital in Durham, NC. I thought it was the best job I had ever had until I became a mom. I then suddenly realized there was nothing that could take the place of spending every day with my baby. Here we are 3 years later, plus another baby, and I still feel the same way. My fellow moms will understand though that we do need something for ourselves, something outside of Motherhood. Photography is that for me. One thing that has yet to get old is the true happiness I feel when capturing the priceless pictures and memories of families that have trusted me behind the camera. Photography is my absolute passion, I put my heart in my work and I hope that always shows.
